Cancellation/No Show
We understand that plans change! Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a [partial/full] service fee. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Mold and/or Smoke
Vehicles with mold, mildew, or strong smoke odors (including cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana) require specialized cleaning for safety and effectiveness.
These situations may include an additional remediation fee due to the extra time and materials involved.
In rare cases where conditions pose a health risk, we may be unable to perform the service.
Pet Hair and/or stains
We love pets! 🐾
That said, vehicles with excessive pet hair or odors may need specialized tools and extended service time. An additional fee may apply depending on severity.
Excessive Dirt and/or Stains
Our service pricing is based on average vehicle condition.
Vehicles with excessive dirt, mud, sand, trash, spills, heavy staining, or pet hair may require extra time and products.
If additional work is needed, we’ll always communicate this with you and discuss any added cost before moving forward whenever possible.
